Role Description
The Center Manager role at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. The Center Manager will oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless operational efficiency at the diagnostic center. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring center performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and achieving both operational and customer satisfaction goals. The Center Manager will also collaborate with other teams, implement process improvements, and report on key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with operational oversight, process improvement, and strategy implementation
- Customer service and customer relationship management expertise
- Knowledge of healthcare or diagnostic industry standards and practices is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in basic software tools, operational reporting, and task coordination systems
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in real time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
