We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager from the education sector who can independently manage Centre operations and drive growth. If you have strong expertise in sales, team management, and institutional tie-ups, this opportunity is for you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Centre operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Drive admissions, revenue growth, and achieve monthly targets
- Develop college, school, and corporate tie-ups
- Plan and execute marketing activities, seminars, and campus drives
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and conversion strategies
- Manage recruitment, staff performance, and team productivity
- Handle parent interactions, escalations, and ensure student satisfaction
- Maintain MIS reports, documentation, and compliance
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in Centre/Branch/Operations Management (Education)
- Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in team handling and partnerships
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Immediate joiners preferred
