At Talent Diary we're hiring for a Centre Manager role with our client Cent.health.
Cent.health is building an AI-driven preventive health intelligence platform focused on detecting critical health conditions before symptoms appear. Key Responsibilities:
● Manage complete centre/clinic operations and service delivery
● Drive and monitor Customer Service KPIs
● Handle staff supervision, scheduling, and roster management
● Oversee sales support and centre administration
● Manage utilities, consumables, and operational resources
● Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction standards
● Act as backup support across centre staff roles when required
● Maintain compliance with operational processes and policies
Candidate Profile:
● 4-6 years of experience as a Store Manager / Centre Manager / Clinic Manager in Premium Retail, Service, or Hospitality industry
● Science background preferred
● Strong leadership and team management skills
● Good operational and administrative capabilities
● English and Local Language proficiency is mandatory
