Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Center Manager at Spuddy Badminton Academy. The Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the academy, ensuring a seamless experience for members. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling customer inquiries & leads, ensuring a high standard of service, and maintaining facility cleanliness and safety. The role also requires the Center Manager to foster relationships with members, organize events, and support the academy’s operational goals.
Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM onwards | Paid Leaves: 2/month
Salary: ₹15,000–20,000/month + Performance Incentives
Role: Drive revenue & targets outside the academy — convert leads, customer calls, plan events/tournaments, visit societies/schools/corporates for tie-ups, grow reviews. Keep Insta active with posts/reels & update WhatsApp status regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Sports Management, or a related field.
- Need: Strong sales skills, Hindi + fluent English, target driven.
- Passion for sports and fitness is highly desirable.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to build relationships with members and manage customer inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in photography is an added advantage.
