About the Role
The Centre Manager will be responsible for the overall management and profitability of the SkyJumper Trampoline Park. This includes operations, sales, customer service, safety, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure that every guest enjoys a safe, fun, and memorable experience, while maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence and energy.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily park operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
- Monitor trampoline and play zone safety, hygiene, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with technical, housekeeping, and F&B teams for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and operational standards.
Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive sales for walk-ins, parties, events, and group bookings.
- Develop and execute local marketing activities and promotional plans.
- Track financial performance and achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage inventory and control operational costs effectively.
Customer Experience
- Ensure every guest receives excellent service and a memorable experience.
- Handle escalations and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor online reviews and implement feedback-based improvements.
Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team including front office, game hosts, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Conduct regular briefings and ensure strong coordination across departments.
- Foster a positive, fun, and customer-focused work culture.
Event & Party Coordination
- Supervise birthday parties, corporate events, and group bookings to ensure smooth execution.
- Work closely with the sales and event coordination team to deliver high-quality experiences.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, operations, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling, billing, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR, safety, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Event Management.
- 5–8 years of experience in operations, hospitality, or entertainment centre management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve targets.
- Energetic, guest-oriented, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing large teams and ensuring guest safety.
