Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Center Manager role located in Guwahati. The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring smooth execution of academic programs. Key responsibilities include - Good communication skills
Supervising quality
Presentation skills
Managing events and marketing
Travelling to Schools and get permission for different activities from within center area.
Leave taken should be adjusted with work from home on Mondays or holidays full hours.
Quality check of Course Instructors and classes.
Highly efficient in social media advertising
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively and maintain schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with students, parents, and staff members effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as maintaining records, handling finances, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills to address parent and student concerns promptly and professionally.
- Prior experience in education management or a related field is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in education, management, or a related field is preferred.
