Role Description The Center Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the training center and ensuring a smooth academic and administrative experience for learners and faculty. The role includes managing admissions and inquiries, coordinating classes and faculty schedules, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The Center Manager will handle student support, address queries, and help organize events, workshops, and promotional activities. This position also involves supervising staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and collaborating with leadership to achieve enrollment and quality targets. The Center Manager will work closely with marketing and academic teams to enhance the center’s reputation and learner satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong center or branch management experience, including handling daily operations, staff coordination, and reporting.
- Experience in student or customer service, with the ability to manage inquiries, admissions processes, and learner support professionally.
- Proficiency in basic office tools (MS Office, spreadsheets, email communication) and maintaining organized records and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with learners, faculty, staff, and external partners.
- Ability to plan and coordinate events, workshops, and promotional activities to support center growth.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in education, training institutes, or fashion-related academies is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a qualification in management, education, or fashion is preferred.
