The Center Manager serves as General Manager of a Score Plus Education Center. This Center provides Test Preparation, Admissions Consulting, Languages Training and Academic Tutoring support to students’ seeking to excel a career for higher studies and better employment opportunities. The Center Manager oversees all aspects of the center including staffing; sales, service, academics, and the overall center P & L. He/she will hire, manage, and coach a team of counselors/advisors and coordinators to achieve financial, service, and academic outcomes.

Ø Recruit, train, manage and coach a team to achieve desired sales, service and academic outcomes
Ø Provide ongoing development and training opportunities for team
Ø Contribute to the overall performance of Test Preparation, Admissions Consulting, Languages Training and Academic Tutoring.
Business Development & Strategy
Ø Drive growth of the Center’s business operations through development and execution of marketing and sales plans
Ø Provide complete information to clients based on their needs and aspirations
Ø Encourage leads from all marketing sources to walk into the Center for in person counseling
Ø Create a welcoming and supportive Center culture for students and parents
Ø Oversee the academic progress of students and assist them in academic planning to achieving their goals
Ø Manage key performance metrics including sales, student retention, academic excellence, and expense management.
Ø Conduct presentations to school counselors and prospective students.
Ø Develop and maintain relationships with local high schools, colleges, companies and government institutions within the territory.
Ø Ensure proper staffing and provide ongoing training and development of staff to achieve Centers Business Targets on a monthly, quarterly and annually
Ø Oversee Center’s infrastructure management.
Ø Administer and coordinate with HR & Administration Department to maintain Center’s licenses, staff employment visas and other day-to-day administrative tasks as per the requirement of the Corporate Office.

Requirements
Ø Bachelors or Masters Degree (B.E / B.Tech. / MBA /M.Sc / M.Com)
Ø 5+ years experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role in education industry. Additional experience in a teaching or training role will be a plus
Ø Must be willing to work extended hours (including evenings and weekends), as needed, to meet business objectives
