Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager located in Mangaluru. The Center Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure a high standard of customer service, coordinate with tenants, and manage the overall functioning of the co-working space. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing budgets, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and fostering a professional and welcoming environment for tenants. The candidate will also monitor occupancy and engage in strategies to increase client satisfaction and space utilization.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Experience in operations, budgeting, and administrative processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and team members effectively
- Knowledge of co-working spaces, property management, or real estate industry is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using office tools and relevant software for daily management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the co-working/shared office space industry is advantageous
