We’re Hiring: Centre Manager (DDU-GKY) | Dehradun & Uttar Pradesh
Prism World Pvt Ltd is inviting applications for the role of Centre Manager under the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana project.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about skill development and rural empowerment. The role involves end-to-end management of training centres, ensuring compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines, delivering quality training, driving mobilization, and achieving placement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee centre operations, administration, and performance
* Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and documentation
* Drive candidate mobilization and enrollment targets
* Monitor training quality, MIS accuracy, and reporting
* Achieve placement targets and track post-placement outcomes
* Coordinate with stakeholders like SRLM, CTSA, and internal teams
Eligibility:
* MBA / Postgraduate (preferred) or Graduate
* 3–6 years of experience in skill development programs (preferably DDU-GKY)
* Strong leadership, MIS, and compliance management skills
