Role Description The Center Manager role at NephroPlus is a full-time, on-site position based in Wardha. The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the dialysis center, including managing schedules, coordinating patient (guest) care, and ensuring adherence to clinical and operational protocols. This role involves supervising and supporting the center team, monitoring performance, and fostering a guest-centric environment that reflects NephroPlus values. The Manager will handle administrative duties such as inventory management, reporting, and compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role also includes building positive relationships with guests, their families, and partners, and driving continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and safety.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or clinic/hospital operations management, preferably in dialysis or chronic care settings.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid organizational and administrative capabilities, including scheduling, documentation, inventory management, and basic financial oversight.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric approach and ability to build trusting relationships.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, safety practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to clinical centers.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and healthcare information systems for reporting and record-keeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, life sciences, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Wardha, handle fast-paced environments, and make sound, timely decisions.
