The Role: Oversee daily operations, ensure child safety compliance, manage corporate client relationships, and lead a team of educators and caregivers.
- Education: Graduate (Education, Psychology, Management preferred) + ECCE Certification preferred.
- Experience: 5–7 years in preschool/daycare operations (min. 2 years in a supervisory role).
- Skills: Corporate client handling, parent communication, MIS reporting, POSH & Child Protection awareness, First Aid/CPR certified.
