# Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, disciplined, and result-oriented Operations Manager / Centre Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of our rehabilitation and mental healthcare centre in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for operational excellence, staff coordination, patient-family satisfaction, SOP implementation, and smooth centre functioning.
# Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete daily operations of the centre
- Ensure implementation of SOP-driven workflows
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, counselling, administration, HR, and support teams
- Monitor patient admission, discharge, documentation, and compliance systems
- Ensure excellent patient and family experience
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, transport, and security operations
- Handle crisis situations and operational escalations effectively
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional culture within the centre
- Ensure proper reporting systems and operational audits
- Coordinate with management for centre growth and process improvement
- Manage manpower allocation and staff productivity
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- Maintain regulatory and medico-legal compliance standards
# Required Skills

- Problem-solving and crisis management capability
- Strong administrative and operational control
- Knowledge of SOP implementation and process management
