Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Center Manager role based in Mumbai. The Center Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff to ensure optimal performance, and maintain the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities include supervising appointments, ensuring compliance with operational standards, handling client concerns, implementing marketing and promotional activities, managing center finances, and fostering a professional and positive environment for clients and employees.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Experience in customer service and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Operational and organizational skills for handling day-to-day activities, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies to expand customer reach and brand visibility.
- Proficiency in financial management tasks, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is highly desirable.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations and client concerns effectively.
