About the Role
Lead the growth and day-to-day functioning of our centre, with primary responsibility for driving admissions and ensuring smooth centre operations. You will be accountable for achieving annual enrollment targets of 300–500 students, overseeing the admissions journey from enquiry to joining, and maintaining overall centre hygiene, discipline, and student experience. This is a dual role— a revenue owner and a centre operations leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly and annual admissions targets for the centre, with ownership of the full lead-to-enrollment funnel.
- Ensure achievement of annual student enrollment goals of 300–500 admissions through effective counselling, follow-up, and conversion.
- Supervise and support the admissions and counselling team to improve enquiry handling, walk-ins, conversions, and fee collection coordination.
- Monitor daily lead flow, follow-ups, conversion ratios, pending applications, and joining status to ensure target achievement.
- Guide students and parents on course selection, career opportunities, fee structures, batch planning, and scholarship options.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure lead generation activities are aligned with centre capacity and admissions goals.
- Maintain high standards of centre hygiene, discipline, infrastructure upkeep, classroom readiness, and overall ambience.
- Oversee front-desk management, student support, scheduling coordination, and day-to-day administrative functioning of the centre.
- Ensure smooth coordination between academics, operations, admissions, and HO teams for seamless centre performance.
- Track centre-level MIS, admissions reports, collections status, and operational updates, and submit regular reports to leadership.
- Resolve student and parent concerns promptly to ensure a positive centre experience and strong brand perception.
- Monitor vendor support, housekeeping, maintenance, and general administrative requirements to keep the centre fully functional and presentable.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in centre operations, admissions, education sales, branch management, or academic administration.
- Proven ability to drive admissions and manage team performance in an education, training, or service-led environment.
- Strong understanding of the student enrollment journey, parent counselling, and local outreach-driven admissions.
- Experience in handling centre administration, team coordination, and day-to-day branch operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with targets, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain process discipline.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MIS reporting, and basic operational tracking.
- High ownership mindset with a strong focus on conversions, service quality, and centre upkeep.
