Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Center Manager. The Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the entertainment center, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, maintaining facility operations, monitoring safety protocols, overseeing event coordination, and achieving business objectives. The role requires effective leadership and the ability to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers while meeting operational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Proficiency in operations management, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both staff and customers effectively.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage events, address guest concerns, and ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or recreational industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
