Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Center Manager at HopUp. The Center Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include monitoring center performance, maintaining customer satisfaction, handling inventory, managing budgets, and implementing operational policies. Additional duties include coordinating events, ensuring health and safety standards compliance, and addressing any operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating staff
- Strong organizational and operational skills, including inventory management and budget handling
- Excellent customer service and communications skills to interact effectively with guests and resolve issues
- Event coordination and project management experience, particularly in a service-oriented environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with operational software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
