Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Manager / Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Eye Care Center at Paschim Vihar/Noida.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations, ensuring superior patient experience, supervising staff, maintaining compliance standards, and driving operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
* Oversee end-to-end daily center operations, ensuring smooth patient flow from registration to discharge
* Manage appointment scheduling, diagnostics, consultations, and surgeries to minimize waiting time
* Ensure all operational processes follow established protocols and standards
2. Staff Supervision & Team Management
* Lead and coordinate optometrists, ophthalmologists, nursing staff, and administrative teams
* Conduct training, monitor performance, and ensure service quality standards are maintained
* Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
3. Patient Experience & Satisfaction
* Maintain a strong patient-first approach in service delivery
* Address patient complaints and feedback promptly and professionally
* Ensure accurate documentation and proper maintenance of medical records
4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
* Ensure adherence to infection control, safety standards, and healthcare regulations
* Maintain compliance with patient privacy laws and equipment standards
* Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and care quality
5. Financial & Resource Management
* Supervise billing operations, insurance processing, and collections
* Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
* Monitor budgets and control costs without compromising quality
6. Marketing & Business Development
* Support local marketing and outreach initiatives
* Build relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and community partners
* Contribute to patient retention and referral growth strategies
7. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
* Prepare regular reports on operational metrics, patient satisfaction, and financial performance
* Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements
Required Skills
