CENTER MANAGER – ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing and overseeing the overall training operations at the assigned campus.
2. Coordinating with trainers, students, HoDs, faculty coordinators, and college management for smooth execution of training programs.
3. Planning and allocating training schedules, lab slots, batch divisions, and trainer assignments.
4. Ensuring lab readiness, software installations, hardware availability, internet connectivity, and overall infrastructure preparedness before training commencement.
5. Monitoring trainer attendance, classroom delivery, punctuality, professionalism, and training effectiveness.
6. Conducting regular classroom observations and collecting feedback from students, faculty, HoDs, and management regarding trainer performance.
7. Ensuring timely completion of syllabus, projects, assessments, exams, certifications, and related academic deliverables.
8. Maintaining and submitting required reports, MIS data, attendance records, batch details, certification status, and other operational documentation to management.
9. Handling escalations, operational challenges, trainer concerns, and student related issues in a professional and timely manner.
10. Supporting trainers in smooth execution of sessions while ensuring discipline and professionalism within the campus environment.
11. Coordinating with internal departments such as Operations, Travel, Certification, Q&A, and Academic teams for seamless execution of activities.
12. Ensuring compliance with organizational processes, communication protocols, and company policies.
13. Identifying gaps in training delivery and recommending improvements for better student engagement and learning outcomes.
14. Acting as the primary point of contact between the organization and the campus for all training and operational matters.
15. Supporting management in resource planning, trainer evaluations, semester planning, and execution strategies.
Qualification
1- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) is preferred.
2- 3–7 years of experience in campus engagement, university relations, academic partnerships, training & placement, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
3 - Strong understanding of higher education institutions, engineering colleges, universities, and placement ecosystems.
4 - Experience in managing campus outreach programs, academic collaborations, workshops, seminars, and student engagement initiatives.
5 - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
