Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Manager based in Hyderabad. The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily center operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. Key responsibilities include team leadership, resource management, service delivery oversight, and maintaining facility standards. The role requires an ability to address customer concerns promptly, manage scheduling efficiently, and implement and monitor performance metrics to achieve consistent growth and excellence.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities to ensure a premium client experience and effectively address concerns
- Operational management skills, such as resource allocation, scheduling, and handling day-to-day activities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to maintain facility performance and seamless execution of services
- Experience with business operations, achieving sales targets, and working towards financial objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both staff and clients
- Prior experience in the fitness, hospitality, or wellness industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is advantageous
