Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Center Manager. The Center Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure an exceptional patient experience, and maintain the center’s operational efficiency. Responsibilities include team supervision, scheduling, client relationship management, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves addressing any facility-related issues, improving process efficiency, and driving the implementation of new initiatives to enhance the center’s performance.
Qualifications
- Prior experience to Fertility/ Hospital is added advantage
- Minimum 2 years experience of handling a centre or hospital.
- Salary is not a bar for right canddiate
- knowledge of local language is must
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Proven experience in Center or Facility Management, team supervision, and client relations
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and operational policies
- Proficiency in using office software and facility management tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the healthcare or fertility domain is an advantage
- Adaptability, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving abilities
