Overview:
We are looking for a strong and driven Center Manager who can independently run and grow a training center with complete ownership.
This is not just an operations role. We are looking for someone who understands people, can lead a team confidently.
The ideal candidate should be smart, organized, sales-focused, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete day-to-day management of the center
- Drive admissions, counselling, follow-ups, and sales conversions
- Manage student experience from enquiry to onboarding
- Supervise front desk, counsellors, coordinators, and support staff
- Coordinate faculty schedules, batches, classrooms, and training calendars
- Ensure smooth operations and proper execution across all departments
- Track leads, revenue targets, and daily performance reports
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and overall center culture
- Solve operational issues quickly and efficiently
- Work closely with management for growth planning and execution
Requirements:
- 5+ years in center management / branch management / operations / sales leadership roles
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Excellent sales and conversion ability
- Someone who can take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
- Confident personality with leadership qualities
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable handling targets and team pressure
- Prior experience in education, training institutes, clinics, hospitality, or service industry is preferred
