Gr. 9-12 SUMMER SCHOOL TEACHER (Grant Funded)
Location: Kaltz Center
Salary: $40/Hourly
Reports To: Gr. 9-12 Summer School Director
QUALIFICATIONS:
FOUR (4) POSITIONS AVAILABLE: ELA, Social Studies, Math, Science. Electives will be assigned as needed. - Grant Funded
- Current Teaching Certificate (9-12)
- Candidates comfortable with remote learning and instructional technology.
- Candidates with prior experience and certification in academic area preferred.
DESCRIPTION:
- Provide on-site and virtual student support as the Teacher of Record. Schedules will be determined by Summer School Director.
- Provide individualized instruction to students in core and/or elective classes.
- Collaborate with summer school mentors to provide individualized academic support and communication with students.
- Prepare instructional resources, administer assessments, and determine course grading.
- Communicate student progress to parents/guardians via multiple forms of communication, as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Program Dates: June 15, 2026 – July 23, 2026. By accepting this position, you are committing to work the full program. Please plan vacations accordingly.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday. Sixteen (16) hours per week. On-site and virtual hours determined by the Summer School Director.
Hourly Pay Rate: $40 per hour (96 total hours)
