Gr. 9-12 SUMMER SCHOOL DIRECTOR (Grant Funded)
Location: Kaltz Center
Salary: $50/hourly
Reports To: Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction
QUALIFICATIONS:
ONE (1) POSITION AVAILABLE - Grant Funded
- Current 9-12 Teaching Certificate or Administrative Certificate
- Candidates comfortable with remote learning and instructional technology
- Candidates with prior experience in position preferred
DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee program organization.
- Oversee student registration and scheduling for Center Line High School and Academy 21 summer school students.
- Establish an operational system and maintain high quality program and services.
- Supervise summer school staff.
- Develop plans to monitor and evaluate student progress and program effectiveness, including student course completion, credit attainment, and update PowerSchool records.
- Maintain open communication with parents and students.
- Other functions as assigned.

Program Dates: June 15, 2026 – July 23, 2026. By accepting this position, you are committing to work the full program. Please plan vacations accordingly.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM -2:00 PM on-site June 15, 2026 - July 23, 2026 (120 hours). Additional hours for set up and wrap-up before and after the summer school session (20 hours).
Hourly Pay Rate: $50 per hour ( 140 total hours)
