Role Description
- The Center Head / Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and organized environment for children, families, and staff.
- This full-time, on-site role based in Noida includes supervising teaching and support staff, maintaining high standards of classroom quality, and implementing holistic, activity-based learning programs.
- The role involves managing admissions and parent communication, coordinating schedules and events, and ensuring adherence to regulatory, safety, and hygiene standards.
- The Center Head / Unit Manager also monitors academic and developmental outcomes, supports professional development for educators, and collaborates with management on center performance, budgeting, and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills to guide educators and support staff effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills for engaging with children, families, and colleagues.
- Organizational, planning, and time-management abilities to oversee operations, schedules, and center activities.
- Knowledge of early childhood education practices, child development principles, and activity-based learning methods.
- Competence in basic administrative tasks, reporting, and use of digital tools for record-keeping and parent communication.
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards within a preschool environment.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in preschool management, school administration, or leading an educational center is strongly preferred.
