Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join us as a Center Head in our Pune Division. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Center Head will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards, and create a safe, inclusive learning environment for children. Key responsibilities include managing staff, engaging with parents, planning educational programs, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring overall smooth functioning of the center.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Management: Proven experience in team management, staff training, and operational oversight.
- Early Childhood Education: In-depth knowledge and understanding of preschool and early learning curricula as well as child development practices.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and stakeholders and build a collaborative environment.
- Administrative and Organizational Skills: Experience in maintaining records, scheduling activities, and ensuring compliance with educational and safety standards.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges proactively and make decisions to ensure the efficient operation of the center.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of children, parents, and staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in early childhood education, education management, or related field; prior experience as a center manager or in a similar role.
