Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Center Head to lead operations, client engagement, and business growth at our Skin Lattice Clinic in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee daily clinic operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, manage staff performance, and strategize to improve customer satisfaction. As the Center Head, you will also build client relationships, implement marketing initiatives, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with clinic policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills to effectively supervise staff and foster a productive work environment
- Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills to deliver exceptional client experiences and address customer needs
- Operational Expertise in overseeing day-to-day clinic activities, streamlining workflows, and ensuring adherence to clinic policies
- Business Development and Marketing Knowledge to drive growth, implement promotional strategies, and maximize client acquisition
- Financial Acumen to manage budgets, track performance metrics, and drive profitability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Prior experience in the beauty, healthcare, or wellness industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
