Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Head based in Jaipur. The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the preschool, implementing and maintaining educational standards, managing staff and resources, and ensuring a positive and safe learning environment for children. The role also involves coordinating with parents, facilitating communication between teachers and families, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the quality of education and childcare services.
Qualifications
- Leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage operational tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with parents, children, and staff.
- Knowledge of early childhood development frameworks and teaching methodologies such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or Play-Based Learning.
- Proven ability to manage a team, provide training, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills for efficient center management.
- Passion for nurturing and fostering holistic child development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
- Experience in early childhood education and daycare management preferred.
