Helios Juniors & Daycare, Suncity, Pune
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Head to manage preschool and daycare operations.
✔️ Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Education/Early Childhood Education
✔️ Experience: 3–8 years in preschool/daycare management
✔️ Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills
✔️ Ability to handle Playgroup, Daycare & activity-based curriculum planning
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily centre operations
* Supervise staff and ensure child safety & hygiene
* Handle parent communication
* Plan and execute engaging learning activities
* Support admissions and centre growth
