Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for leading the clinic’s operations, ensuring
exceptional client experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of service
excellence.
This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership, operational
management, and business acumen to oversee daily clinic functioning, staff performance, and
client relationship management.
The Centre Head acts as the key driver of the clinic’s success,
balancing operational efficiency with revenue generation and client satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship and Service Excellence
- Ensure a seamless client journey from consultation to post-treatment follow-up.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build long-term client relationships to enhance retention, referrals, and brand reputation.
2. Clinic Operations and Upkeep
- Oversee daily clinic operations for smooth and efficient functioning.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, ambience, and infrastructure at all times.
- Ensure timely equipment servicing and upkeep.
3. Team Management and Training
- Lead and motivate clinic staff including therapists, front desk, and support teams.
- Plan and monitor duty rosters, leave schedules, and discipline compliance.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training/upskilling with HR.
4. Inventory and Stock Management
- Maintain optimum stock levels of consumables, medicines, and products.
- Conduct monthly inventory audits and reconcile usage with services delivered.
5. Process Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, service protocols, and safety guidelines.
- Share operational metrics and performance updates with senior management.
6. Sales and Target Planning
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and take corrective action when needed.
7.Clinic Expenses
- Monitor monthly clinic expenses and ensure optimal utilization.
Requirement:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in a clinic or healthcare environment.
- Proven track record in sales, people management, and operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, MIS reporting, and inventory management.
- Ability to balance operational efficiency with business growth targets.
