✔ Build partnerships with schools, colleges, hospitals & communities
✔ Organize Investor Awareness Programs (IAPs)
✔ Drive financial literacy sessions for women
✔ Onboard and manage “Sakhis” (community financial champions)
✔ Promote SIPs and long-term investing habits
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Center Head – Investor Awareness & Women Partnerships. The role involves leading initiatives to promote financial education and investor awareness among women, managing strategic partnerships, and coordinating educational programs and campaigns. Responsibilities include designing and delivering workshops, fostering collaborations with stakeholders, developing outreach strategies, and ensuring high-quality content delivery. The Center Head will also work to monitor the success of programs and refine strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, investing, and mutual fund distribution
- Experience in stakeholder management and building strategic partnerships
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Project management and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze program effectiveness and implement improvements
- Experience in creating educational content and managing campaigns is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Education, or related field is required
- Understanding of local investment regulations is an added advantage
