Bachelor level Counselor - Non Licensed

We're looking for a Bachelor’s Level Clinician to work as part of a team at a Psychiatric Day Treatment Program for the purpose of supporting adults with mental health needs.

Your role as a Bachelor’s Level Clinician:

The Bachelor’s Level Clinician supports implementation of treatment plans, facilitates therapeutic and skill building groups, and works with individuals in a day treatment setting.   

Duties:

• Works under the supervision of the Program Manager/Clinician.
• Provides individual and group training and support to program participants.
• Assists individuals with treatment and individual goals.
• Demonstrates ability to be innovative, creative, analytical and decisive in problem solving.
• Demonstrates communications and organizational capabilities.
• Awareness and sensitivity to contextual variables such as race, culture, gender, sexuality, disability, economics and lived experience.
• Submit detailed progress notes and other documentation that follow federal, state, and agency requirements.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish) preferred
• Degree Required: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical field
• Driver’s License required

The pay rate is $26.27/hr.
