Opportunity: Joint Business Partner (Center Director)
Indoeuropean is inviting experienced professionals from the Study Abroad industry to join us as Joint Business Partners.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who have strong expertise in student counseling, admissions, and sales conversions, and who are looking to grow as a business partner rather than an employee.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead student counseling and admissions
· Drive sales and student conversions
· Support business growth through industry expertise and professional network
· Manage day-to-day operational activities of the center
Profit Sharing Model
· All operational expenses will be managed by the company
· After deduction of expenses, 50% of net profit will be shared with the Joint Business Partner
· Transparent monthly profit-sharing system
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Study Abroad industry
· Strong counseling, sales, and conversion skills
· Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term growth vision
· Passion to grow without financial investment risk
