Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for the position of Center Director. The Center Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the center, managing and leading a team of educators and staff, and ensuring adherence to high-quality standards in education and care. Additional responsibilities include managing parent relationships, implementing curriculum effectively, maintaining health and safety standards, and driving the growth and development of the children under care. The Center Director will also oversee operational efficiency and ensure alignment with both organizational values and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management: Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team of educators and support staff.
- Early childhood education expertise: Strong understanding of child development, curriculum implementation, and educational best practices.
- Operational management: Proficiency in managing day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks and compliance with safety regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and the community.
- Problem-solving and decision-making: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
- Customer relationship management: Skill in maintaining strong partnerships with parents while addressing their concerns promptly.
- Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in early childhood education, daycare centers, or school administration is advantageous.
