Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Center Coordinator – Preschool. The Center Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the preschool, coordinate with teaching staff, address parent inquiries, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth execution of educational programs. The role includes maintaining records, organizing schedules, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children and staff. The individual will be responsible for upholding the center’s standards and supporting the development and growth of the preschool.
Qualifications
- Organizational and management skills, with experience in coordinating and overseeing daily operations
- Interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in verbal and written communication
- Experience in preschool or early education management, and familiarity with child development principles
- Proficiency in handling administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and parent communications
- Ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Knowledge of education sector requirements, standards, and compliance policies is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle operational challenges effectively
