Community Manager - Sweden

We are seeking a Community Manager to build and engage the Celsius brand community in Sweden. This role involves managing brand ambassadors, influencer partnerships, and social media engagement to ensure strong brand presence and alignment with global guidelines. *To Note:* This is a contract role for an immediate need and approved for 9-months* This role will require to be onsite at our Stockholm office 4-days per week* Salary range (40,000 - 42,000) is in SEK per month* Responsibilities: Act as the primary Celsius Ambassador in Sweden. Manage the Brand Ambassador program, fostering brand loyalty and engagement. Coordinate the Event Ambassador team for events and activations. Research, vet, and onboard potential brand ambassadors across social platforms. Oversee the full partnership cycle, from contract negotiation to content approval. Maintain communication with ambassadors, providing guidelines and support. Ensure a strong and unified ambassador community experience. Distribute Celsius products and merchandise to influencers and ambassadors. Track and report ambassador activities and performance monthly. Manage the ambassador program budget effectively. Handle social media engagement, including responding to messages and comments. Requirements: Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or community building. Ability to multi-task and adapt to fast-changing environments and tight deadlines. A self-starter mindset, proactively identifying new opportunities. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passion for social media and influencer marketing. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a "can-do" attitude. Strong people skills, high-energy, and adaptable.
