Role Description

The Celonis Process Mining Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing process mining solutions using the Celonis platform. This includes analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and providing actionable insights to enhance operations. The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes and provide training on Celonis tools. This is a complete remote role.

Location: 100% Remote

Note: One-time travel to Bangalore required for laptop setup

What You’ll Do

• Work on process mining initiatives using Celonis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Analyze and interpret data using SQL and PQL (Process Query Language)
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines within Celonis
• Leverage Process & Case Explorer to derive actionable insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business processes through data-driven decisions
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SQL
• Working knowledge of PQL (Process Query Language)
• Experience with ETL processes in Celonis
• Hands-on expertise with Celonis UI & Process Mining
• Solid understanding of Process & Case Explorer
