Job Overview: As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient business operations. You'll oversee day-to-day activities, coordinate teams, manage inventory, and enhance overall productivity and efficiency across departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily operations across supply chain, logistics, and inventory management. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures. Coordinate with suppliers and manage relationships effectively. Monitor operational budgets and ensure cost-effective practices. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and avoiding shortages or excesses. Implement performance metrics to evaluate productivity and operational effectiveness. Analyze data, generate reports, and present insights to senior management. Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals. Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly and efficiently. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role. Strong experience in inventory management, logistics, and supplier management. Proficiency with operational software and tools (Excel, inventory management systems, ERP systems). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or relevant advanced degree. Experience working in the skincare, beauty, or e-commerce industries. Certification in operations management or supply chain management.
