We are expanding our marketing team and are looking for a skilled Customer Retention Specialist to increase customer loyalty and drive repeat purchases. Job Overview: As a Customer Retention Specialist, your primary focus will be to develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention rates, enhance customer lifetime value, and reduce churn through targeted email campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized customer communications. Key Responsibilities: Analyze customer data and behavior to segment audiences and identify opportunities for increased retention. Develop, execute, and monitor email marketing and SMS campaigns aimed at customer retention. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging content for retention initiatives. Manage and optimize loyalty and referral programs to drive customer engagement. Regularly track campaign performance using KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and repeat purchase rates. Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness continuously. Gather customer feedback and insights to refine retention strategies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in customer retention, CRM, or email marketing roles. Proficient in email marketing tools (Klaviyo, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar). Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry.
