Job Purpose
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Supporting Actions
Admin activities of HSE, Infrastructure, housekeeping, others
- To support Administration activities of Hindalco School of Excellence
- Co-ordinate with vendors/ suppliers and procurement team for raising of PR, LOI and to ensure availability of consumable items, equipment, refreshments during training,
- Co-ordinate with external faculty for scheduling of training and their logistics/ hospitality. Upkeep of HSE / Training records, execution of Invoice/Bills of Vendors/Agencies for timely payment, upkeep of P&B/ Cost / Expenses details on regular basis, facilitate manpower requirements at HSE,
- TosupportactivitiesofT&Dtomeetend-to-endL&Dprocessof the Dept.
- Contributeto implementsafety normsinthe Dept.
Training MIS
- To compile the Training Records of HSE and Plant/Functions
- To ensure entry of Training of data in the Training Software in a timely manner
- To prepare, update and generate the MIS reports of training on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Preparation of Training Reports, updation of CSOD data
Information Dissemination
Selection and dissemination of ABGs Best Practices/ Case Studies and information services in response to the information needs of plant personnel
- Planning user-oriented services in order to encourageuseof libraryresources
- SelectionanddisseminationofCaseStudies/BestPracticesfromKAPPortal(On-stream)forstudyandimplementation
- DisseminationofInformationelectronicallyCurrent contentservices
- Routing of journals/ magazine in Alumina, Reduction,FabricationandServicesdivisionunderknowledgeenhancementinitiatives.
- Respondto dailyon-siterequestsfor information
- Trainlibraryuserstoeffectivelysearchthelibrarycatalogue,Internet andotherelectronicresources
Induction of Vocational Training
Birla Institute of Technology (BITS campus) and other institutes like NITs, IITs, SMS etc.
- Co-ordinationwithplanttoarrangeindustrialtrainingforSummer/ VocationalTraining
- GuidanceprovidedregardingtheirIndustrialreportstructure andformat.
Training co-ordination activities
- Prepare monthly training calendar
- To prepare circulars and co-ordinate with Plant Training Co-ordinators for nominations
- Upkeep of Training Aids and ensure readiness of pre-training and post-training activities, capturing of attendance,
- Compilation of Feedback records and its rating score,
- Ensure compilation of post-training evaluation rating score for respective Managers of the participants
