- Providing advice/suggestions to Talent on impactful professional decisions to further elevate their careers
- Building long-lasting industry relationships and brand contacts
- Seeking opportunities to network within the Talent and Creator economy, continuously seeking Talent prospects
- Embracing annual revenue targets and KPIs to drive the Talent/Creators to achieve long-term success
- Possessing in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the influencer and entertainment management industry
- Communicating with Media, PR, and Commercial contacts to ensure inquiries are coordinated on behalf of the Talent promptly
- Pitching and executing additional Agency services for our clients including content creation, marketing, and brand development
- Presenting content strategies for Talent that align with their brands for optimum success
- Drafting Agreements on behalf of Talent and supporting successful negotiations
- Providing support to Junior team members, ensuring all client coordination, reporting, and ad hoc tasks are completed on time
- Continuously seeking opportunities to remain up to date with the Talent and Creator economy
- Management of the Talent inbox, providing professional support and responses.
