Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Celebrity Manager. Responsibilities include planning and managing the professional engagements of celebrity clients, developing and negotiating brand partnerships, addressing client needs, coordinating schedules and logistics, and serving as the primary point of communication between celebrities and stakeholders. The role demands impeccable relationship management, strategic planning, and the ability to anticipate and fulfill client priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and communication skills with a track record of stakeholder interactions
- Experience in brand partnerships, client management, and deal negotiations
- Project management abilities with excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Strategic planning and problem-solving expertise
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Deep understanding of the entertainment, sports, and/or lifestyle industries
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms relevant to the role
- Relevant degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in celebrity management, PR, or a similar role is an advantage
