Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Celebrity Management Specialist. The role involves managing relationships and partnerships between high-profile clients and brands, coordinating schedules, and overseeing logistics for events and campaigns. The selected candidate will negotiate contracts, plan and organize promotional activities, and ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders. This role also requires ensuring proper brand alignment and executing strategies that enhance celebrity branding and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Talent or Celebrity Management, including relationship management and brand collaboration
- Strong organizational and logistical skills for planning events, negotiations, and scheduling
- Knowledge of marketing and branding strategies, including influencer collaborations and campaign execution
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform under deadlines
- Experience in event planning and familiarity with the entertainment and media industry are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field is preferred
