App - Tech Ops

Work with the App Development team to support the technical operations of our custom-built mobile apps. You will assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to ensure the smooth running of our cruise ship-based mobile applications. Responsibilities include handling app updates, monitoring performance, addressing user feedback, and collaborating with the development team to implement improvements and new features. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential.
