As a POS Project Manager in APJ, you will be required to assist our clients in the field of Retail and Luxury, on assistance to Project delivery, ownership, management of functional evolution projects and Application Maintenance. You will be part of the Omnichannel team and intervene in the implementation of a Point of Sales solution (Cegid Y2 POS), in full development of the growth of connected digital business. Beyond the historical features of these solutions - the functions of sales management, inventory management and collection in-store - they evolve to integrate for example:
- Digitalization of the point of sale (clientele, cataloguing)
- Omnichannel sales experiences (e-reservation, click & collect etc.)
- Unified stock management
- Loyalty management
Role Description
- Supervise APJ POS (Cegid) implementation projects, delivery, roll-outs including localizations and AMS.
- Participate in the collection and analysis of the business needs of different stakeholders, help write the functional and technical specifications, realize the configuration of the solution, participate in the test strategy, write and carry out the functional tests.
- Leading pre-sales activities with the support from manager, project team and AMS team
- Work with project delivery manager and AMS delivery manager to maintain the staffing, impose methodologies/processes, verify the quality of work, and efficiency, verify the sustainability of projects
- Closely follow the teams and projects, to ensure and maintain a high quality in the delivery
- Deliver internal training to increase the project managers’ knowledge in delivery processes and share best practices.
- Communicate with clients and managers to make sure all updates on projects are on time and sufficient
- Ensure the satisfaction of all the clients for POS implementation.
- Change management: setup, realize and animate training plans, provide assistance to the team and clients
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to organise webinars and build content in sync with partners
- Engage with other teams within VISEO, to collaborate on projects and pre-sales.
Profile
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors in Engineering or Business
- Minimum 10 years of experience, in the world of retail / luxury, and point of sale management solutions (Cegid, Retail Pro, LS Retail, XStore, TeamWork,…) or ERP solutions
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in project implementation and roll-outs
- Stakeholder Management: both internal and external
- A project management certification (Prince2, PMP,…) is a plus
- Team Management
- Motivated, with good interpersonal and editorial skills, you are recognized for your rigor, your analytical capacity and your strength of proposal.
- Good command over English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Open to travelling to Europe and within APAC
- The position can be Singapore, Hong Kong or Shanghai
