CEDA (Community and Economic Development Association) is a dynamic nonprofit on a mission to empower communities and fight poverty. We are looking for a Production Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily scheduling, administration, and tracking of single-family Weatherization production activities. Lead communication with staff, contractors, and clients for scheduling and tracking of work to be performed, including energy audits, inspections, and other special initiatives.


What You'll do: 

  • Execute daily program functions in compliance with CEDA’s operating policies and procedures. 
  • Lead the coordination, scheduling, and tracking of production activities (energy audits, inspections, contractor job assignments) based on geographic considerations, and staff capacity / availability.
  • Provide directions to other staff and/or contractors assisting with scheduling and job activities through written and verbal communication.
  • Utilize, maintain, and inform the development of software and communication tools to schedule and track work, including CEDA’s CRM, miscellaneous scheduling platforms, State systems, Email, and telephone.
  • Communicate and interact with Energy Auditors to ensure unique client circumstances can be managed, while ensuring a high-level of customer service is maintained.
  •  Ensure client job data is up to date and thoroughly tracked in various software systems including scheduling calendars, job trackers, and call logs in various tracking systems

 What We're Looking for:

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED. 4–6 years of experience in program operations, scheduling, production coordination, or administrative leadership.
  • Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Construction Management, Public Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Experience working in the IHWAP Network, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software systems, development of Standard Operating Procedures.  IHWAP TCP Certification or ability to attain certification within one year of employment.
  • Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm. It is an administrative support level position required to work a full-time work week, as designated by the CEDA Employee Handbook, with periodic longer hours, including potential evenings, weekends, and odd hours.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using and maintaining multiple technology platforms, including CRM systems, scheduling tools, state systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
