Senior Associate – RPA (UiPath)

Position: Senior Associate – RPA (UiPath)
Experience: 5–7 years total IT experience, with a minimum of 4–5 years dedicated to UiPath RPA development
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate – RPA (UiPath) to lead our client’s automation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying and supporting sophisticated RPA solutions using UiPath, with the goal of enhancing operational efficiency and process accuracy. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and implement automation opportunities, delivering scalable and robust solutions across diverse business functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and excels in delivering end-to-end automation projects with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Development:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy and support enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, StudioX, and Studio Pro
- Analyze business processes and conduct feasibility studies to identify automation opportunities
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including PDD, SDD, and technical specifications
- Develop attended and unattended automation workflows adhering to industry best practices
- Build reusable components and libraries to enhance scalability and efficiency
- Implementation & Deployment:
- Configure and administer UiPath Orchestrator (Cloud and On-Premises), managing scheduling, queues, assets, and monitoring
- Implement RE-Framework, exception handling, logging, and robust recovery mechanisms
- Execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; provide hyper care and post-production support
- Oversee version control and CI/CD pipelines for automation projects
- Process Analysis & Optimization:
- Conduct detailed As-Is and To-Be process analyses to uncover automation opportunities
- Perform process mining, task mining, and comprehensive assessments
- Evaluate ROI and feasibility of automation initiatives, implementing continuous improvement strategies
- Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions
- Provide frequent updates on progress, risks, and deliverables
- Lead workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs to drive stakeholder engagement and adoption
- Team Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of automation solutions
- Participate in code reviews, enforcing development standards and best practices
- Champion knowledge sharing and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement efforts
- Assist in solution discussions and effort estimation as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–6 years of overall IT experience with proven hands-on expertise in UiPath RPA development
- Track record of delivering end-to-end RPA projects, including assessment, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to BFSI or core financial domains is preferred
Certifications
- UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) – Preferred
- UiPath Specialized AI Associate (Document Understanding / AI Center) – Plus
Preferred & Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Intelligent Automation technologies such as AI/ML, NLP, Chatbots, and IDP
- Familiarity with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate
- Knowledge of UiPath Apps, Data Service, AI Center, and Marketplace components
- Understanding of Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) setup, governance frameworks, and operating models
