Those in Microsoft Dynamics CRM at PwC will specialise in analysing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Microsoft CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.
We are looking for a motivated Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 1–2 years of experience, including exposure to Dynamics 365 Field Service, to support the design, configuration, and extension of CRM and field operations capabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to real-world solutions that improve customer engagement, technician workflows, scheduling, asset management, and service delivery.
You will work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and solution architects to build secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions within Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
Key Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 & Field Service Development
- Support the development and customization of solutions in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), with guidance from senior team members.
- Assist with configuration and customization of:
- Forms, views, business rules, and model-driven apps
- Dataverse tables and relationships
- Contribute to building system functionality using:
- Basic C# plugins or plugin updates
- JavaScript for simple form customizations
- Power Fx and Canvas App logic
- Power Pages/Liquid (optional, if applicable)
Integrations & Automation
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows for notifications, updates, and service processes.
- Support integration activities (monitoring, troubleshooting, minor configuration updates) across REST APIs, Logic Apps, or Azure Functions under supervision.
- Assist in synchronizing work orders, inventory updates, and data between CRM and ERP systems.
Resource Scheduling & Mobile
- Help configure Field Service components such as:
- Work Orders, Incident Types, Bookable Resources
- Schedule Board customizations and basic booking rules
- Assist in building or maintaining Field Service Mobile app configurations, inspections, or simple extensions.
Code Quality, DevOps & ALM
- Learn and follow established ALM practices, including:
- Working with Solutions (managed/unmanaged)
- Versioning and deploying updates
- Use Azure DevOps for:
- Git source control
- Work item tracking
- Participating in build/release processes led by senior developers
Testing, Support & Troubleshooting
- Assist in writing and executing test cases for plugins, workflows, and configurations.
- Troubleshoot basic issues such as form errors, workflow failures, or plugin exceptions.
- Participate in UAT support and help resolve reported defects.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
