Qualifications
- Expertise in culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations
- Strong skills in recipe creation and menu planning

- Ability to train, mentor, and manage a team of kitchen staff effectively
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen; experience in bakery or fine dining is a plus
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution preferred
