Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef de Partie (CDP) based in Bengaluru. The CDP will be responsible for food preparation and cooking at a high standard, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality guidelines. Day-to-day tasks will include supervising kitchen operations, managing junior kitchen staff, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, and contributing to menu development. Collaboration with the management and other staff members will play a key role in maintaining the overall efficiency and quality of the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Experience in supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene, and quality control
- Adaptability and creativity in menu development and problem-solving
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Formal culinary training and relevant work experience are preferred
- Passion for food, commitment to quality, and a proactive approach to work
